A Day in the Life Draw Test1

I'm going to have a poem being written out along with illustrations being drawn out using trim paths. I was going to use a poem by Shel Silverstein or Roald Dahl but decided to use one that I have recently made into a book for another class. I thought it would be cool to have a hard copy of my book/poem along with an animated version. Gnomes They're placed in many gardens or strewn about the lawn, They sit on tiny toadstools as you let them guard your pond These stationary figures are frozen in the sun But when the moon comes out, they'll run about, and have all sorts of fun In the night they dance around, happy and fully of wonder What else do they do when you're not awake? A Day in the Life

I planned on doing a project following the life of my sassy dog but unfortunately I was too busy with schoolwork to go home for the weekend. Instead I'm going to do a stop motion video of A Day in the Life of Me where I'm doing a drawing assignment than animating what I draw, sort of similar to the story of Harold and the Purple Crayon.

A Day in the Life...

I think I want to do my project on a day in the life of a spiteful pet.I have a dog who is a sassy diva and sometimes he's a pain in the ass so I think I might narrate a typical day in his life where he has thoughts and emotions similar to a person rather than just a dog. I'd exaggerate his thoughts and actions and make him seem a lot more inconsiderate towards his owners. I'm still not really sure what direction I'm going in, this is just an idea. My video would be something sort of similar to this
